- Enter your property number in the form.
- Download our documents:
- Our recorded quitclaim from the former owner, and
- Our proposed quitclaim to you.
- Verify your title company will insure.
- Buy the quitclaim.
Our steps:
- We will record your quitclaim electronically in a day or two.
- It should be on the clerk’s website in a day or two after that.
- Note: A few smaller counties are not yet set up for erecording. In those counties we will send your quitclaim to the clerk by priority mail for manual recording.
- If you prefer, we can send your quitclaim directly to you or anybody you designate, such as your closing agent.
